Great location off the strip which contributes to its lower room prices even though it has a lot to offer as far as gambling, shows and restaurants. The room we stayed in in the Masquerade Tower was definitely dated BUT it was spacious and we did not have any major issues. The water pressure was great, they had shampoo/conditioner/body wash AND body lotion which is such a great add because it gets so dry there. The big windows were nice and the curtains had good coverage when the sun was too intense.
It was my first time in Las Vegas and I had a blast. The hotel was great a lot of restaurants in the hotel. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars because they put a $400 hole. On my account, but other than that, it was great oh yeah, and the bar had great bartenders
The rooms we were in were dated but we still had fun. They were definitely clean
Room was slightly dated l. The a/c ran non stop but the room never got very cool. We prefer it very cold at night. Other than those 2 items, the room was spacious, clean, we had clean towns and the bed made every day. The casino was average sized but had great service. We would stay here again.
We had a booking on new year eve and booked a king size bedroom, but got a suite as an upgrade without any extra cost. Staff was kind and welcoming even in busy time and had zero issues with anything. I liked the location that is within 10 minutes walking distance from the strip. I would recommend to anyone who does not want to pay hefty prices and enjoy smooth stay.
The mass grade tower is the older tower that is not as well renovated as the alternate tower. However it does have extremely close parking that is completely free and it's very easy access to your hotel room to go back and forth. They're also several restaurants and that area is often set up for viewing big sporting events. It is never too crowded easy to get to and a bargain. It is a great alternative to staying on the strip or you will pay for parking and get ripped off on food costs.
The room is big and spacious and I like the downstairs area even has couches and large tvs just to chill and everyone has been nice and the place is very clean. Pools area is good too.
Great rooms, clean casino, did not reek of smoke. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.
